SANLEAD was established in 1993, focus on bike tube development & manufacturing, our main products including, fork, stay, head tube, top tube, down tube, seat tube, one-piece tube, etc. And the main material is 6061 aluminum alloy. The products are mainly used in E-bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, snowmobiles, fitness equipment and other fields, and are sold to Europe and the United States. We have became global brands’ joint R&D supporting provider to provide the high quality product and novel technology.
SANLEAD is located in Shenzhen, China, with nearly 10,000 square meter of workshop, which can meet the annual production capacity of 4 million tubes. At present, a smart factory with 20,000 square meter is newly built in Taishan, Jiangmen City, China. It is expected to be completed at the end of 2023. At that time, the production capacity will exceed 5 million tubes per year to meet customer needs.
